The ShowSpielhaus opened its doors in October 2011. The former paper mill, which was built at this site exactly 100 years ago, was transformed into today's theatre within twelve months after meticulous refurbishment and renovation work. In the hall you sit at tables so that you can make use of the culinary offer before or during performances. The rows of tables are arranged on pedestals, giving you an uninterrupted view of the stage from all directions. The 300 m² foyer offers a bar, a lounge and the Rampensau restaurant with 40 seats.
The ShowSpielhaus is situated on Hattersheimer Straße 31 in Hofheim am Taunus, just under 10 km west of Frankfurt am Main. The theatre is about 700 metres from the railway station, so you can also travel by train or S-Bahn (city train) from the surrounding towns. If you are coming by car, the A66 motorway is the best way to get there. Coming from Frankfurt, take the Hofheim-Nord exit, while those coming from Wiesbaden, take the Hattersheim exit. There are several free public car parking spaces available in Hofheim.
