Eurotheum

The Eurotheum houses office space, a hotel and serviced apartments. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Main Tower. Up to the 21st floor, there is office space of an upscale standard. Above the intervening Skylobby, urban living is offered on seven floors. Six glass elevators, guided in a semicircular glass cylinder, allow the view during the ride. The historic facade will be integrated into the peripheral development on Neue Mainzer Strasse. The high-rise building and the peripheral development are connected by a glass entrance hall.
