Eintracht Frankfurt Museum
Frankfurt style: Eintracht!
Beschreibung
Frankfurt: That's Goethe, Äppelwoi, the Römer, the skyscrapers - and then there's Eintracht. For over 120 years, the club has electrified the city - and with the DFB Cup victory in 2018, the SGE has generated an unprecedented euphoria. The European Cup matches of the past few years were "magical nights," with soccer Europe gazing in awe at the Frankfurt stadium, where fans conjured up unique choreographies and the team reached the semifinals with great soccer. Eintracht has made sports history and is one of the most popular clubs in Germany.
In the Eintracht Museum, visitors can experience Frankfurt's sports history on more than 400 m² of exhibition space. A permanent exhibition provides information about the history of the Frankfurt Eintracht from its origins at the end of the 19th century to the present day. The focus of the individual topics is on soccer, but the other departments of Eintracht as well as major sporting events within the city are also taken into account. Insertions of film clips of major games, radio reports and original sounds from contemporary witnesses provide sensory variety.
