Isabelle Bodenseh is at home in world music. The German-French flutist moves across borders in the genres of jazz, rock and classical music. After studying classical music, she studied jazz, which took her from Los Angeles to Cuba. Since 2000 she has been teaching improvisation at the Musikhochschule Frankfurt; she has toured Europe with her band. As part of Jazz im Museum, she improvises with the HMF Allstars.
