Dialogmuseum is not a museum in the usual way: there is no exposition to see as, in the truest sense of the word, you cannot see anything here: there is nothing but a casino in the dark, in which anybody wins with the help of the group and a restaurant in which you really have to trust the blind staff as you cannot see what you are being served. In the museum, blind people lead small groups of visitors through the completely dark rooms. Flows of air, fragrances and other sensual impressions present sceneries of a park, a town and a bar. You will experience these situations in the same way as blind people experience life around them: with all senses, except for the visual one. Visitors can make the unique experience of blind people who guarantee mobility and security while the usually unimpaired guests helplessly need to rely on their blind guide. The impact of this experience is remarkable: Dialogue in the Dark has been on tour for several years and has already performed in 17 countries in America, Europe and Asia.
There are special offers and seminars for school classes and other groups.
